Position Title: Event Consultant
Starting Wage: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour.
Hours after 40 paid at time and a half.
Paid holidays.
Paid vacation after 1 year.
Days worked: Monday thru Friday with an occasional Saturday by appointment.
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with an hour for lunch.
Position Tasks & Activities:

Work with brides and event customers on their rental needs. Attention to detail is a must!

Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and offer feedback to improve our service and products.

Share our success through social media posts.

Maintain the showroom area. Make seasonal changes to décor.

This is a key position in our company and has tremendous growth potential for the right candidate. You will be given training and education in the field of Weddings and Special Events consulting. You will have the opportunity to attend our national rental convention in Las Vegas, Orlando or New Orleans with all expenses paid on an annual basis to learn the latest trends in your industry. This is a career position.
Working Conditions:
Office located in Bloomington, Indiana. Desk, phone and computer provided. May be asked to preform off site evaluations and other promotional duties. Company vehicle provided for offsite duties.
Education, Skills & Requirements:

Position Title: Crew Leader
Starting Wage: $16.00 an hours.
Hours after 40 paid at time and a half.
Days Worked: Thursday thru Tuesday
Hours: 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. with after hours, evenings and Sundays as needed.
Position Tasks & Activities:

Count and record all equipment delivered, picked up or damaged.

Direct and assist loading and unloading of event equipment with care.

Secure loaded equipment per company procedure and inspect in transit if necessary.
-
Direct and assist in delivery, set up, takedown and pick up of equipment.
-
Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records with counter staff.
-
Provide exceptional service to our customers.
Working Conditions:
May be exposed to the general range of weather experienced in the area. Normal hours of employment are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., however, after hours, evening hours and Sundays are occasionally required during seasonal peaks. Stooping, crouching, bending, lifting, lowering, reaching, twisting, pulling, pushing, carting and carrying are intermittent tasks that routinely occur.

Position Title: Delivery Assistant
Starting Wage: $12.00 to $14.00 an hour.
Hours after 40 paid at time and a half.
Days Worked: Thursday thru Tuesday.
Hours: 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. with after hours, evening hours and Sundays as needed.
Position Tasks & Activities:

Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of event equipment.

Load and unload equipment with care.
-
Secure loaded equipment per company procedure and inspect in transit if necessary.

Provide directional assistance to Crew Leader when backing delivery truck.
-
Operate a GPS and assist driver with directions.
-
Maintain and comply with company procedures and policies.
-
Accept the duties of crew leader in his / her absence.
-
Perform other duties as requested.
Nature of the Work:
Will assist in loading and unloading trucks with care, work with crew leader and dispatcher/delivery coordinator to deliver equipment. Provide directions to Crew Leader Via GPS. Maintain a polite, friendly and professional demeanor.

Position Title: Linen and Glassware Service Personnel
Starting Wage: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour
Hours after 40 paid at time and a half.
Days worked: Thursday through Saturday and Monday through Tuesday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Position Tasks & Activities:

Clean, inspect, iron and package linens as trained and directed.
-
Restock cleaned and packaged linens.
-
Clean, sanitize, inspect glassware and china for quality.
-
Restock cleaned and packaged glassware and china.
-
Verify counts on all returned linens and glassware.
-
Record missing items on returned contracts.
-
Stage customer pick-ups and deliveries.
-
Fill in for other positions, when necessary, for smooth operation of the business.
-
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form
Nature of the Work:
Daily use of washer, dryer and flatwork ironers. Daily use of commercial dishwasher. Exposure to above average temperatures is prevalent. There is a high degree of lifting and a significant degree of standing, walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.
Working Conditions:
Most work will be indoors using typical tools, hampers, dollies, racks, etc. Most mechanical equipment used (flatwork ironers, laundry machines and commercial dish washer) are electrical and may be gas fired. There is exposure to detergents, cleaning chemicals, hot water and linen.

Computer knowledge is preferred. Training on rental software will be provided.
